This 100 year old beach bungalow had been remodeled over the years with a patchwork of updates and styles. The challenge was to create a unified design aesthetic that merged the brand new and efficient with the original character. This included a full kitchen, bath and laundry room remodel, and refreshing the rest of the home with new floors, paint, carpet, and fixtures.
